Course Evaluations
At the end of the semester, let your students evaluate your course online. Students can contribute to the wiki anonymously, which means they can speak the truth in their evaluations. Try including poll questions to get data about the effectiveness of certain aspects of your instruction.
Examples: Here's the course evaluations I had my AP students complete last year. The first page has survey questions, the second page is for anonymous comments and suggestions.
